The bunad silver you need is:

Cufflinks
Neck button/neck pin and/or horn ring
10 large buttons for the coat
14 small buttons for the vest
2-6 small buttons for the coat sleeves
4-6 small buttons for the breeches (the long trousers do not have buttons)
Shoe buckles, bunad knife and watch with a watch chain complete the bunad

The most common type of men's bunad from West Telemark is the black one, which is reminiscent of a modern dark suit. Especially if it is worn with long trousers and not breeches. It has several similarities with the men's bunad in Hallingdal, but there are also other variations.
