- 1 large and 5 small buttons for pockets, flap and waistband
- 32 small buttons for the vest
- 12 large buttons for the coat

The men's bunads from Nordhordland have small details that distinguish them from each other, but they are all based on the costume fashion as it was in the 19th century. The coats and vests are slightly different, while the breeches, suspenders, stockings and shirts are the same for all versions the bunads.
