The bunad silver you need is:
- Cufflinks
- Neck pin
- 18 buttons for the coat (of which 4 are for the sleeves)
- 8-13 buttons for the breeches (check with your tailor for the exact number)
- 16 buttons for the red vest or 14 buttons for the black vest
- Shoe buckles, a bunad knife and watch with a watch chain complete the bunad
The men's bunad from Samnanger is of black wadmal or fabric. The coat and vest have a high collar and are edged with ribbons. The vest is made in red and black with edging and embroidered pockets. The breeches have a normal zipper and waist lining. White shirt, shoes, socks and ribbon are also included.
