A beautiful watch with a chain is more likely to blend in with the silver of your national costume than a wristwatch. You can choose a watch with a mechanical movement, to wind up, or a battery driven watch. There are several types of watch chains to attach it to the bunad. Some are simple and others are double or triple with pushers. In any case, it's stylish with a watch chain that is attached to the vest pocket on one side and runs in a nice curve in front and down to the watch in the vest pocket on the other side.
