The statement provides information on data processing carried out by the Controller and determines the purpose and means of the processing as well as data processing we do on behalf of our customers based on their instructions. Processing of personal data is necessary for us to be able to fulfill our contractual obligations and serve you as a customer. Personal data may also be used for the following purposes: Sales, contact with customer service, marketing, information and bookkeeping. Your information is not passed on or sold to third parties.

In the case of marketing by e-mail/SMS, explicit consent will be obtained in advance. By providing us with your personal information, you accept the practices and terms described in this privacy policy. As registered with K E Sando Gullsmed AS, you always have the right to object to the registration. You also have the right to insight into what information is registered about you. If you have objections with regard to our processing of privacy, you also have the opportunity to complain to the Data Inspectorate.

Information can be registered and stored when you register at www.sando.no, when you are in contact with sales and support either via e-mail, chat or when you use our services.

Where do we store information about you – and where do we share your information with others?

Our e-commerce platform is built on WordPress and Woocommerce. This is provided by OWUP AS and all data is stored on Pressable’s servers.

Subcontractors

The Controller also makes use of services provided by 3. Party. Here is an overview of subcontractors where information can be stored:

Klarna:

If you pay with Klarna in the online store, personal information such as e-mail, name, address, social security number will be shared with Klarna for credit.

Gsuite by Google:

Gsuite by Google is used, among other things, to manage e-mail and documents (G Disk). Information is stored in these systems, and e-mail correspondence or documents may be stored at Gsuite by Google.

Mailchimp:

Mailchimp is used for email marketing or sending out newsletters. Name and email can be shared with Mailchimp.

Google Analytics:

Google Analytics is used to analyze traffic. IP addresses and visitor patterns are stored.

Posten/Bring:

We send packages with Posten/Bring and thus share information related to shipping such as name, phone number and address.

VisionPoint/Elfo:

VisionPoint/Elfo is the supplier of our POS systems. All in-store and online purchases are registered here, and information such as name, telephone number, address and e-mail address as well as purchase history are stored here. The information is used to complete a purchase and is stored in VisionPoint/Elfo’s systems.

Communication through email and SMS

As a customer, you will be able to receive emails and SMS about your customer relationship. For example, we will send you emails/SMS related to orders you have placed, SMS with tracking number, forgotten password, information about your customer account, etc. This is defined as legitimate interest and consent will not be requested.

We also use e-mail for marketing and communication. As a customer of K E Sando Gullsmed AS, you will periodically receive newsletters as long as you have given your active consent to it. It is possible to unsubscribe from newsletters by clicking on the unsubscribe link in the emails.

Access and rectification

You are entitled to access the information that is registered about you. Access can also be obtained by sending a request to post@sando.no. If the registered information is incorrect or incomplete, you can demand that the information be corrected in accordance with the Personal Data Act.

Storage and deletion

Data that is no longer necessary for the purpose for which it was created is deleted from our systems.
