GENERAL INFORMATION

K E Sando Gullsmed AS is an authorized dealer of the brands we carry in our store and online store. We comply with Norwegian legislation and your purchase is regulated by the law on consumer purchases, right of withdrawal, marketing, personal data and e-commerce. So you can be sure that when you shop with us, it is done in a safe, secure and easy way.

We do our utmost to ensure that the information on our website is correct, but make reservations about errors or omissions in product descriptions or other information appearing on our website. Product images on the website cannot be guaranteed to show the exact appearance of the product. Elements such as proportions and colors are often difficult to display correctly on different screens. All prices are stated in Norwegian kroner, and VAT is included in the price.

Customers who shop in the online store of K E Sando Gullsmed AS must have reached the age of 18.

WARRANTY AND COMPLAINTS

From the date of purchase, you have a 2-year international warranty on all our products, unless otherwise stated. This warranty covers manufacturing defects or deficiencies and is valid at all authorized dealers worldwide. It does not cover normal wear and tear or other damage to the product.

In addition to the warranty, you have a five-year right of complaint in accordance with Norwegian legislation. In the event of a complaint or warranty repair, you are responsible for presenting proof of purchase. We recommend that you bring the international warranty card that comes with your watch, but receipts and printouts from online banking are also acceptable proof of purchase.

PAYMENT

When you shop in our online store, you will have the opportunity to choose between several secure payment options. These are the choices you have:

ORDERING

When you order from our online store, you will receive an order confirmation. We ask that this is carefully reviewed to ensure that it matches your order.

When your order is shipped from us, the shipment will contain the ordered item as well as the accompanying box, case, tags, warranty certificate, instruction book and other documentation. Expiration date form, receipt and possibly. insurance certificate will also be included.

We have a large and wide range where product prices are largely controlled by our suppliers. Prices are constantly changing and we reserve the right that prices on the website may contain omissions or be incorrect.

The same products that are available in our online store are also available in our physical store. We reserve the right that the stock status shown on our website may differ from the actual stock status. We reserve the right to cancel your order in whole or in part if the product is out of stock. If a product is out of stock or unavailable for other reasons, we will follow up with you and try to find a solution.

Subject to typing/printing errors and if the item is out of stock

K E Sando Gullsmed AS reserves the right that typographical/printing errors may occur, which may mean that we cannot deliver according to the information provided in our online store, our marketing or otherwise. Neither K E Sando Gullsmed AS nor the customer is bound by the agreement if the other party realized or should have realized that there was a typing/printing error. K E Sando Gullsmed AS reserves the right to cancel the customer’s order or parts of it if the item is sold out. If the item is out of stock, the customer will be notified of this, possibly together with information about a replacement item. The customer can choose either to accept K E Sando Gullsmed AS’s new offer with the changes specified in relation to the customer’s original order or to cancel the order.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We offer free shipping on all orders over NOK 3.000,- in Norway, and goods are only shipped domestically. Items that are shipped are delivered by Bring. You choose whether the item should be delivered to your address or to the nearest post office. Alternatively, you can choose to pick up your order in our store at Sam Eydes gate 63, 3660 Rjukan.

Delivery time may vary, but usually you will receive your order 1-7 business days after we have received your order. Should it take longer, we will contact you as soon as possible. Longer delivery times must be expected around holidays and public holidays. Questions related to goods during delivery must be directed to Posten Norge or Bring.

The customer bears the risk for the goods from the time of delivery of the goods.

EXAMINATION OF THE GOODS

After the customer has received the goods, the customer must examine as soon as possible whether the goods are in accordance with the order confirmation, whether the goods have been damaged during transport, or whether the goods otherwise have defects or deficiencies. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURN

As a customer of K E Sando Gullsmed AS, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal in accordance with the The Right of Withdrawal Act. The right of withdrawal applies to the purchase of goods without giving a reason. In order for the right of withdrawal to be exercised, written notification of use of the right of withdrawal must be sent to us by the end of the 14-day period. The withdrawal period form must be completed and enclosed.

If you have received an item with errors, defects, incorrect orders or an item you do not want to keep, you can return the item to us. The return form must also be used here.

The product being returned should be in the approximate quantity and condition as when you received it and should be returned in its original packaging. In addition, all labels, protective plastic, price and tags must be on – if this was already on when you received it.

Customers must bear the cost of returning the goods themselves if the right of withdrawal is used. The withdrawal form must always be included when the goods are returned.

The following types of goods are exempt from the right of withdrawal: Goods that have been made to the consumer’s specifications or have been given a distinct personal touch. For example: Jewelry with engraving.

REPAYMENT

Upon receipt of the return, the product will be carefully inspected to see if the product has damage or defects that can be considered a loss of value. Lack of original packaging can be considered to be a loss of value. Return/exchange value will be determined accordingly.

You will be contacted if we consider that there are deficiencies such that the purchase price cannot be returned in full.

You will receive an e-mail from us when the return has been registered as received and an e-mail when the purchase price is refunded. You will usually receive the purchase price within 7 working days of the return being registered as received.

EXCHANGE

Items purchased online can be exchanged for another item in our store within 30 days from the date of purchase.

When exchanging goods purchased online, the same rules apply regarding. condition of the product, original packaging, exceptions, etc. as mentioned in the section “Right of withdrawal and returns”.

Upon exchange, you will receive a voucher.
