Several drafts of the men's bunad have been made, but the picture shows a reconstruction by Else Bodil Gjøn. The work is not considered finished, but the bunad is in use. Shirt, vest and trousers are in black fabric with red edges in the buttonholes. In the trousers, wide embroidered suspenders, preferably with the owner's initials, are used. A hat, silk scarf and bunad shoes are also included.
